Ivan has over 30 years’ experience in medical device technologies, having founded and co-founded several successful private company start-ups. Starting his healthcare career as a general nurse and completing a post graduate qualification in intensive care, Ivan took an interest in the medical devices industry in the early 1980s. Ivan pursued this new path as a product specialist with a leading medical devices distribution company, progressing to product management and becoming a General Manager at AMS American Medical Systems from 1987-1993.

In 1993, Ivan founded Endovasive Pty Ltd and in 1999 co-founded Endotherapeutics Pty Ltd. In 2016, Ivan and Ms Rachelle Hodgson co-founded Endotherapeutics NZ Ltd, trading as Endoventure. Ivan’s extensive knowledge of the global network of the medical devices industry has developed Endotherapeutics into a diversified leading medical technologies company in Australia and New Zealand. With Ivan’s leadership, Endotherapeutics continues to focus on our commitment to improving healthcare and enhancing quality of life.

Adam Srejber

General Manager – Sales and Marketing

Adam has worked at Endotherapeutics for nine years and has been involved in every aspect of the business, from Operations and Customer Service, to Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Finance.

During his time at Endotherapeutics Adam has successfully re-structured Endotherapeutics business to ensure it continues to be dynamic, professional and customer focussed whilst also successfully leading the introduction of numerous innovative new healthcare technologies.

Adam has degrees with honours in Finance and Law from Macquarie University and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

As General Manager, Adam is passionate about ensuring Endotherapeutics is a great place to work, and takes pride in continuing to ensure Endotherapeutics continues to delivers on its mission of improving healthcare.

Rachelle Hodgson

Managing Director Endoventure

Rachelle founded Endoventure in 2007, after 5 years nursing and 10 years in the New Zealand medical devices industry.

Endoventure became part of the Endotherapeutics Group in July 2016, which has enabled Australasian representation for suppliers.

As Managing Director, Rachelle leads a fantastic team of experienced and highly skilled people. Endoventure thrives on delivering innovative, life enhancing products and working very closely with the clinical teams.

Edmond Ho - Financial Controller

​Edmond is a finance and accounting professional who started his career in a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm and has worked in the financial services, print management, and consumer electronics industries both locally and in the U.S. Edmond has an economics degree from the University of New South Wales and is a Chartered Accountant.

Edmond joined Endotherapeutics as Financial Controller in December 2020 and has since implemented intrinsic financial tracking and reporting capabilities across the business and leads a growing team of financial professionals through a time of fast-paced dynamic growth in the business. Edmond is responsible for leading and managing Endotherapeutic’s financial and accounting operations.

Chrystal joined Endotherapeutics in 2020 as the Customer Support Manager. She is an MBA Graduate with over 10 years’ experience in Project Coordination. She is energetic about driving change, exceeding customer expectations, and promotes career development & learning.

In her short time at Endotherapeutics she has demonstrated a passion for building a culture of continuous improvement and has implemented digital transformation, in the form of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning.

Chrystal leads the Operations team, which includes the Customer Support, Supply Chain and Service Departments. She is committed to improving healthcare and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Darren joined Endotherapeutics as Marketing Manager in December 2019. He brings a wealth of expertise to the business having worked in marketing, advertising and creative across a number of industries, spanning over 2 decades with 10 years experience in medical device marketing. His passion for healthcare derives from his belief that everyone should have access to the best medical technologies available for the best health outcomes, ultimately ‘improving lives’.

Darren leads the dynamic in-house Marketing Team to deliver customer focused experiences through valuable content, education initiatives and simplified ordering mechanisms.

During his time at Endotherapeutics Darren has launched a number of integrated ecommerce platforms and online channels, enhanced marketing automation capabilities, refined the corporate brand and continues to influence the strategic direction of the business.

Court Richardson

Regulatory Affairs Manager

Read Bio

Court has worked at Endotherapeutics for several years. In his capacity as Regulatory Affairs Manager Court has achieved numerous medical device registrations of all classes of medical devices. Court’s primary focus is on reimbursement submissions, where he has achieved private health reimbursement for a number of implantable prostheses via inclusion on the Commonwealth Prostheses List, including the creation of new reimbursement categories on the list.

Court has also achieved Medicare funding via the Medicare Benefits Schedule for Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation, where he was able to ensure the cost of the medical device consumables were funded by the Australian government.
