Customer Service Representative / Loan Set Coordinator

We are looking for a resourceful member to join our Customer Service Team.  This role is ideal for a highly dependable individual with strong work ethic. A team player, who can effectively work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service representative is responsible for a variety of daily operating activities within the office and warehouse.  
Main Duties/Responsibilities
  • Customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Assisting and liasing with the sales team 
  • Processing sales orders and dispatch
  • Receiving and confirming loan set bookings
  • Utilising Salesforce CRM for bookings 
  • Ensuring medical device product and loan sets are picked, packed and delivered on time with 100% accuracy.
  • Organising the return of the loan sets
  • Liasing with couriers
  • Invoicing through SAP 
  • Inventory management and tracking through SAP
  • High levels of attention to detail with a key focus on accuracy, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A highly motivated and positive attitude
